Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be in its original condition, unused and undamaged.
• The packaging must be intact, with all tags and accessories, if applicable.
• Installed or modified products unfortunately cannot be returned.

Exceptions

The following items are non-refundable:

• Custom or made-to-measure products (e.g. docks built to your specific dimensions).
• Final sale or clearance items.

Refund, Exchange, or Store Credit

Depending on your preference, we offer:

• A full refund (if all conditions are met),
• A product exchange,
• Or a store credit applicable to a future purchase.

Return Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. wrong or defective product).

Return Process

1. Contact us at info@quailanaudiere.com with your order number.
2. Once the return is authorized, carefully package the product and send it to the address above.

Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5 to 10 business days. Refunds are issued using the original method of payment.
